Layers of Fear kinda' does this at well, but I think it's one of the best "cut-off" endings Ito's done, with the last shot actually being really haunting and raising all sorts of possibilities in the mind with where it could go, giving new things to think about right at the end while also answering some things but leaving some big but interesting unknowns so it kinda' sticks with you.
